At Live Well Dog, we want you to be happy with your purchase.


Returns


Returns may be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:


Unused and unopened

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase


Before sending any item back, please email mailto:info@livewelldog.com to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:


The wrong item was shipped

The product arrived damaged

The product is defective


If the return is due to our error, we will provide return instructions and help make it right.


Non-Returnable Items


For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:


Opened pet food, treats, supplements, chews, or tinctures

Used products

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items

Personalized or custom products


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


Please inspect your order upon delivery.


If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mailto:info@livewelldog.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.


International Orders


International customers, including customers in Canada and Mexico, may request a return within 15 days of delivery under the same eligibility requirements.


Unless the return is due to our error, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees associated with returning the package to the United States.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times by your bank or credit card provider may vary.
